Boston Foreclosure Auction scheduled for Saturday March 7, 2009.
More than 400 foreclosed homes in Massachusetts and New Hampshire will be auctioned at 9:30 a.m. Saturday by REDC/USHomeAuction.com at the Westin Boston Waterfront hotel. There will be an auction simulcast at the Quality Inn and Wayfarer Convention Center, in Bedford, N.H. The public may see all the homes in the auction and pre-register online at www.ushomeauction.com or by calling (800) 793-6107. Financing is available at the auctions with down payments starting at 5 percent. REDC also offers free loan pre-qualification through preferred lenders.
REDC/USHomeAuction.com’s Rick Weinberg, predicts “We’re talking about probably 2,000 people that will be there.”
